What documents we need from you?

If you are a Non U.S. Resident (meaning you live outside the United States) we will need from you a copy of a valid passport from a Non restricted country*

If you are a U.S. Resident or a U.S. Citizen we will need from you a copy of a valid driving license , valid passport from a Non restricted country* or any other government issued photo ID.

When will we ask you to provide us the document?

You will need to send us the ID after we checked that your company name is available and confirm your incorporation order.
